One of the save mart stores that offer a variety of services. Not sure how old a store is but seem to be updated very well, stocked shelves and clean with clear isles. The deli section has a pretty nice assortment of salads, deli meats and cheesed etc. the butcher counter has some of the best looking brisket I’ve seen in quite a while. Of course they will do custom cuts for you. One thing I do appreciate about save Mart is the vegetables are always fresh, but a little on the expensive side. But you do have to pay for quality. Very disappointed that this store didn’t offer fresh squeezed orange juice like my local Savemart does. I got the pre-cut watermelon and found it was firm and crisp. This is a Store well worth visiting.

I hate giving any business a one star but, they were VERY over priced!
The mark up margin is horrendously above any other market in the area.
We recommend going somewhere else that is more affordable.

The staff was friendly and respectful, but the margin was just too high.

Made it into the new store today for their grand opening! it was a cartload of deals and my only complaint was the aisle signs were a bit on the small side. Very easy to read for me as you were walking down the aisle, but standing at the end of the aisle looking down it was kind of hard to get the details. Being a new store I wasn't familiar with everything but really enjoyed the layout. I didn't get one picture this time! But I will be back I am sure before the end of the week!
And I was.. tried the rotisserie chicken and it was incredible!
UPDATE: I tried their bakery today to get a cake. Dawn was very accommodating and helped me with getting everything I needed packaged and ready for transport to my daughter's birthday. She also recommended getting some of their new cookies, The cherry infused chocolate cookies are unbelievable! Thank you Dawn for your extra care and recommendation! Everything was a huge success!

Love the market great place to pick up a few things or some dinner to make. But tipping point the restaurant so disappointing to see it takes such a nosedive. They had the very best woodfire grill tri-tip and Chicken in Redding a few years ago, now they clearly do not prepare it or use the same quality meat that they had once before because it is a far cry from the food they served a few years ago. Their woodfire chicken is not woodfired chicken at all it's chicken clearly boiled in chicken broth with a notable discoloration of neon yellow so unfortunate because I used to love this place

Three of the self checkouts were down, several people in all the lines. At what point do you bring out more checkers? It is what you are here for, so people can pay for the stuff, yet you let lines back up into the isles.

I feel bad for the woman employee who was trying to help me buy clearance items through self check. It took several minutes and a couple attempts, because the register didn't accept the coupons that were attached to the products without an override. What was just supposed to be a quick trip for a couple things took an incredibly long time.

While I was waiting for assistance, the older male cashier at the next lane chided ME for "failing cashier school" -- grossly inappropriate.

For the record, there has been an issue at the cashier every single time I've been to this store. Perhaps whoever's programming or monitoring the registers/POS system need to fix it.

The water kiosk is also always out of service. Seriously, who maintains this place?

When they first opened in this new building they had amazing service. Free fruit and vegetable cutting, ice cream counter and many more top tier grocery store features. Now they seem to be slipping so much it makes me sad! No more fruit cut to order, removed that whole offering, and getting help at any counter is so much harder as they seem to have half the staff as before. Now they got rid of the ice cream scoop center. My kids loved this and was a great reason for me to go in and usually buy many more items. You can’t cut all the great features and still charge higher than normal prices, they will ultimately fail. I will be going much less now and can’t wait for a new top tier grocery store to open called Holiday, brand new building.
