I had the BBQ brisket sandwich and I wasn't very impressed. The flavor was bland and they didn't give us sauce, so it was completely dry. They seem to have odd hours too, not consistent. It doesn't feel like they care to much about their product or service.

Interesting how the top negative review comes from a guy who has three reviews total. All of local businesses, all in the same format, and all three telling people to go to subway. Hmmm. Well from my personal experience here, the food is top notch and all home made. The chicken club with pesto is delicious. The owner Sean is very friendly and has a great attitude. I will definitely be coming back to try the other sandwiches on the menu soon!

I found this restaurant to be very sad. Not sure if the pandemic took it's toll on this little hole-in-the-wall, but there is no excuse for chaotic and messy/dirty. There was one beat-up menu with the prices covered over with duct tape no beverages and I received my bbq sandwich in foil with no bag or any condiments or sides. The owner/chef did not appear all that clean or tidy. The sandwich was tasty but I really worried about the cleanliness of the place. Won't be returning!

Dry, bland, boring sandwiches. Basically bread and meat, nothing else. No BBQ sauce, pickles, anything. Brisket was shredded like the pork?! Inside the store has much to be desired. The guy was very nice though. Should have listened to my gut and turned around and walked out.

Gordon Ramsey, sign this guy up for Kitchen Nightmares!

Been eating here since it opened. Sean was former Paragary's head staff and has decades of experience in the kitchen. He's a fantastic chef and a gnarly griller! Nothing beats his homemade Ceasar dressing, except possibly his beef brisket! He's planning on possibly retiring soon so grab a Chicken Club or something before it's no longer an option!

Place worth breaking my diet for!!! Best, and freshest, pesto I have ever tasted comes on their chicken sandwich! Owner/chef was super welcoming and attentive! Not a lot of dine in options, but it isn’t advertised as such either- that being said they had a few tables inside and out.

I have never had runny mushy shredded briskett. Zero flavor, lots of water ran all out of the container. Cole slaw was a whole other story, pineapple cole slaw with no flavor other than mayonnaise or something. No tang, no sweetness, the most bland BBQ I have ever had, didn't have any mac n cheese or beans and this was 1230pm, lunch time? Owner was nice and pleasant. Should specify it is shredded brisket if that is what it was. Fortunately Gold Harvest Deli is next door inside the chevron and ordered from there as well not knowing how the food was going to be. $24 loss for bland briskett and slaw, $14 spent for always good and fresh food at Gold Harvest.

Sean, running this one man kitchen producing amazing food and even better customer service. Clean place, no other employees. Doesn't do delivery services because he doesn't want to effect the integrity of his food. No phone no computer kinda guy. Word of mouth marketing. This is no joke. Great food and great recommendation from Slab Express
