Very nice people! Didn't take too long. There's a creek by the loading docks and a nice trail I took the dogs on while waiting to be unloaded. The bathroom is also very clean! Definitely wouldn't mind coming here again!

If your owner operator pick up the load here. You have to prepare a long waiting hour. Is the laziest people I ever seen, 5 to 6 hours sitting here every hour they put one skid I will never come back here. If you have another Choice don't come here. Believe me You're going to waste a lot of times...

Amazon carrier's, be aware of scheduled live loads/unload... After accepting an Amazon load, arrived at the facility and was informed the following: Facility is closed. Staff member stated there's no unloading on nights/weekends! Driver showed staff member Amazon app where appt is scheduled for 10/08@0151. Staff member walked away. There are no empty trailers at Facility to drop/swap. Staff member returned stating the next shift will be in at 0800 and may unload then.

Slow place to get a live load. They tell a broker "Oh, it's ready to pick up, then you sit in the dock 4 hours, 5 hours, 6 hours. And then they WILL NOT PAY DETENTION even if you got there 2 hours BEFORE your appointment. And yes, they will tell brokers the load is A LOT LIGHTER than the manifest, so be sure to get the broker to agree PRIOR to accepting the contract that additional weight means additional haul rate.

Just be sure you have 2 load locks or straps.

Never had an interaction with anyone rude or disrespectful but you will wait forever even if you show up 17min before appointment. Waited from 7:43am to 11:18am

Appointment was set for 0900 I arrived to deliver at 0800 hit the dock at 0815 they unloaded the truck next to me first I was out at 0900
