They are the best!!!!! My family loves their story and knowing where our meat is coming from is so important. We will never purchase our protein from grocery stores anymore. We bought a 1/2 cow and this beef is excellent. Tastes so clean and fresh. We are very happy with the entire process. We had questions and they replied back immediately. Customer service went above and beyond. You can tell they take pride and care on the farm and to the customers. I highly recommend and we are looking forward to adding some pork next order. I applaud that they are continuing a family legacy. We are very satisfied.

60 dollar a pound organic filet completely untrimmed and full of Silverskin. Few good bites in a 30 dollar steak. Pork has always been good.
