We love the wine and the winemakers. We feel like family. We joined their wine club. Quality at a great price. Quick trip up to Oxnard and you can go to lunch or dinner after the tasting. Clean and they have a nice outdoor patio too.

My husband and I visited Lester family wines for the first time and was completely impressed by the wines. We liked each wine we tried which is rare for us but truly very nice wines. The owners are fabulous - so warm and welcoming. Felt a kinship to them immediately. We would highly recommend everyone to try them. You won’t be disappointed.

Fun day trip up to Ventura for wine tasting and lunch. Stopped in at the new Lester Family Cellars. Literally it is a Family operation of two brothers married to two sisters from growing, harvesting to making great wines at great prices. Tasting fee is very reasonable but we purchased wines and the fee was waived. Easy to get to and parked in front of the winery. Can’t wait to taste the next vintages. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We’ll be back!

The environment! It’s the best my first time meeting the owners and I felt so comfortable, and welcomed. The wine tasting was the experience I was looking for with my friends. Including the food choice during COVID-19, don’t like to eat heavy. It’s perfect if your a light eater like me. Although, they do have a taco truck across the street! I’m into tacos on Tuesdays!

Lester Family Cellars is a hidden gem and their wine is fantastic! The tasting room is very warm and friendly and they are known for their Syrah. We were able to taste 3 different years of their Syrah which was pretty neat. The two brothers we met were very knowledgeable and they actually tell you about the wine and differences which is refreshing as many wineries these days just pour wine and don't educate you on what you're drinking. If you're looking for 5 star service, with a family-feel, I'd highly recommend visiting Lester!

Super glad a nice wine tr opened just walking distance from my house! ( Yay! Stumbling home) everyone here is friendly and welcoming, great family. Pre covid I tried the Sangiovese, delish and now I'm in love with the Syrah! Too good! The Friday night wine and musice event was pleasant, the cellar is a great venue for get together also I'm sure, and dog friendly!!
