JBT Power did a great job servicing and repairing my Exmark Lazer Z zero-turn mower. I bought my mower from them over 10 years ago but this is the first time I have used them for service because I live far from Daphne. I wanted to try the Semmes location and I am glad I did. Craig, the service manager, took care of all the issues I was having with the mower. I had to call a couple of times to get updates but I understand that business can be busy and I am happy with the end result. I would definitely recommend them based on the quality of the work I received.

Called and reserved mini ex. Day of rental I was informed that the mini ex was extended to the previous renter. I guess reserved rental isn't something that they honor. If you reserve a peice of equipment that should be honored. Now I have to find a peice of equipment at last minute.

They charged $50 to sharpen blades took them a full day and a half and still had to wait and they didn't actually do anything with the blades anyways I will never go back
