Nathan, a salesperson, sold us our brand new John Deer tractor. He was knowledgeable of the tractors and the implements. We had an implements that broke while in use. My husband called Nathan and told him what had happened, and he told my husband Eric to bring it right in, and he'd take care of it.
True to his words, Nathan replaced the broken part/parts with a brand new one.
We are very pleased with the quality of service we received.
