This company "Sparkle GC" is highly irresponsible! Sends other people's returns and "open box" items with missing parts as "brand new"! Then when you complain, they give you a run-around, send automated messages etc...anything but resolving the problem!
Save yourself a lot of time, money and aggravation...buy from another seller who actually cares about customer satisfaction and doesn't send schmucky items! 😡😤

Very poor Amazon seller! Does not stand by their ads and whoever post their ads for them needs to be taught how to post ads! Very misleading, and very poor, follow up on something being brought to their attention! Very bad!

Terrible co. I ordered something and was promised arrival on 6/8/24. It doesn't come. I then get an email saying it would arrive on either 6/12, 13 or 14. Then I get an email that said it would arrive on 6/20, then I get an email saying it would arrive on 6/21. I complained multiple times and never got a response from the co. No apology, no explanation nothing. So it just arrived and I'm returning it. No Co with such bad service should be rewarded for their bad service by my purchases. The items they sell can be purchased at any home store I've since found out. Do your self a favor and go elsewhere.

I only received 3 of them

After 4 emails NO response except automated email response
NO response to get the last 2 sent or a refund for the ones I did not receive.
