It seems like there are quite a few horrible reviews and here is mine top add to the bunch. I was given a Kokedamas as a gift and it was beautiful. Unfortunately, despite following instructions on the label, it died within two weeks. I called the company and the person taking calls was awful, rude and in the end, simply hung up on me after telling me I was rude. So ironic. I simply asked if I could have a new one sent to me and the answer was a complete "NO". She said it was my fault it dies because I overwatered it. I told her that I followed instructions on their label. I then asked if there was anyone else to talk with and she said no. I asked if she prefer if I do an online review and she said, "you can do whatever you want, we don't care". Oh well. I guess that some businesses don't mind having this kind of an image.

The showroom is amazing and my got to for gifts and plants. I just stopped in today to pick up some houseplants for a photo shoot (I am a Realtor) and the gal working was so helpful. Had me in and out with exactly what I needed in 10 minutes. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable! It’s also just so gorgeous inside…makes me happy walking in.

Beautiful showroom and so many different varieties of orchids. Staff was very pleasant, and did a really nice job designing an arrangement. Will definitely visit anytime I’m in the area.

Fell for the gemstone orchids, should've known they were dyed but I'm new to orchids. What's the point of dying it? To trick people into paying a lot for a basic white orchid? An absolute scam

I ordered a box of orchids for Mother's Day. The shippers smashed them to smithereens and the box was laying on its side by my gate, even though the box was WELL MARKED ALL OVER with directions and arrows.
I called Westerlay and they shipped out another box right away - they were very kind and understanding. The second box arrived in great condition. Westerlay has excellent customer service and beautiful orchids. My orchids are still blooming beautifully weeks later. Thank you so much for making our lives more beautiful and zen.

Largest variety of orchids I have witnessed (except for Hawaii). Walk and take the tour. Educational trip and a special orchid was given as a gift in a Llama pot (perfect). Initial area visit was 9+ years ago.

Initially learned of Westerly via the local Vons store---color transitions from blue to white. Pot is ceramic and navy blue (made in Germany). Quality is evident .Two colors---goes from dyed to natural white (artificial to natural).

These gifts grow, last and are a constant reminder of the journey from discord back to an auspicious natural state. Thanks for the invitation and the customized care. Grateful.

This company is horrible! After ordering over $300 in orchids. They kept dying! The leaves would fall off. This company had the insulting audacity to say I over watered them. I only watered once since I received them. Watching the stems for the healthy green. I know not to water when stems are healthy green color!!!!
They basically did not listen to me. Accused me of doing something I did not do. Never in my life have I written a bad review. They disgust me!
