I have to admit when it comes to property management there is normally an immediate distaste from just hearing the words. SLPM has completely eradicated any form of apprehension I’ve ever had when thinking about property management. I cannot believe that I can honestly say not only has every concern I’ve ever had gone resolved but they’re also the most authentic, nice, amazing people I’ve had the pleasure to engage with. They do not hesitate providing that “human” touch no matter how big or small an issue is or ever made me feel anything but amazing asking the smallest of questions.

If I could take what/how they do what they do and replicate it across the world I feel that initial “distaste” I mentioned earlier would entirely go away if anyone heard the words “property management”.

Thank you for all you do. Thank you for all you’ve done. Thank you for bringing me peace of mind knowing you’ll be there for us if we need you in the future.

Alyssa is great. She is on it! I have had a couple friends and family looking and within a couple days she was showing house and less then a month was handing them keys!! I highly recommend silver lake property management.

Best ever!! If a problem arises with the house they are always there quick and easy to fix it! Communication is always there! I appreciate alyssa and all that she does for us and the community!
