Great quality and prices! My husband and I highly recommend the products from Archer's and really appreciate Georgia and Gary's hospitality when we purchase from the retail side of the butcher business. We started noticing the poor meat quality from our typical local grocery stores and wanted to compare multiple butchers in the area, not just based on quality, but price as well. Purchasing by packages allows us to strech the meat out and be flexible with our weekly meals. Great business to support!

They have the most amazing bacon! So yummy and flavorful. Nice and thick and meaty! I don't buy it at the regular store anymore. The rumor going around that they're closing their business is NOT TRUE! They are open for business as usual. Their power was out for a week and a half so they couldn't be open for business. Their meat is amazing! Please buy from small business and don't believe the rumors you hear.

No beef bones available until summer time... that's three months from now! Went to the other local butcher, bones galore, and anything else meat related one may need, they have it. Archers looks pretty lacking. I'm glad I found the other place where they actually have meat and meat products, now i won't have to wait for months to cook what I want to cook.

It's the BEST no hormone/no antibiotics meat shop! A family run shop with a big variety of meats (including elk & other stuff). For raw meats you can have it paper wrapped or vacuum sealed. VERY REASONABLY PRICED MEAT!! Try the marinated chicken bordelay and their incredible ground beef. Yum!

They also sell large sandwiches (at their deli counter), and they're piled high with your choice of meat, cheese and the extras. Inexpensive - I think as low as 7.99 each for a sandwich! They also sell chips, sodas & candy. There's 2 semi-covered picnic tables outside for your dining pleasure. Bring your dog & sit outside. There's even a hose there if your pup gets thirsty (bring a bowl).

FYI There's often a coupon in the Clipper. Bring it with you when you're buying $30+ of meat and they'll throw in some bacon for FREE !!

We came by here on our way to a cabin in the hills. Staff was amazingly friendly and the prices are very fair (coming from SF). We grilled two delicious filet mignons that were phenomenal. We also had some of their house made bacon and buffalo salami which were both awesome! We'll be back through next time we are in the area!

Was excited to try a new butchery since moving to the area and losing my previous favorite location. I did end up purchasing some cuts of meat, and there is a large selection but the quality was only a small peg up on a grocery store, nothing to write home about. Unfortunately upon arriving the first time nobody was wearing any masks which means I'm unlikely to return considering the lack of regard for my safety or their employees.

I LOVE this place. their meats are extraordinary, the bloody Mary marinade is to die for, the staff is very friendly. I recommend them to anyone looking for some good meats. Their block head sandwiches are my son's favorite.
