I received my order #1002161125 on October 24th, 2024. I am a little taken back because I was supposed to receive 2- plants of Walking Ferns (1) here is what I expected from your website- The lady is holding a bulb large enough to be in her hand!

(2) Below that is what I received. It was planted Saturday October 26th and to be honest It looks like somebody scraped up a teaspoon of moss. I am not even sure it has roots. It is pretty much just sitting on the soil, so It want wash away. See picture with the quarter (not a bulb as pictured on your website)

Please explain to me why your website shows, the example of plants you will receive, and it is NOTHING like I received? I called into your customer service line yesterday and they asked that I send this email with pictures that it might be a mistake on your part. I’m not sure how this could be a mistake on your part if so, someone needs to lose their job if this is what you are sending out to your customers.

So in your response you admit to fraud by placing a picture in the add that you knew you were not send just using a bulb making people believe that was what you were sending-
The bulb is no example of what you sent.. how about take a real picture of what you plan on sending or a very close to picture?

Quick shipping and outstanding moss! The moss was healthy, beautiful and plentiful. It exceeded my expectations and I will not hesitate to order again. I would give them 10 stars if it were possible!

The quality of all my plants have been outstanding, but the creeping phlox. I appreciate the care instructions in each shipment and I followed the directions carefully. I chose to buy from TN Nursery because it’s more local than many other nurseries, however I’m still waiting to hear back from the nursery to how they’re going to handle my 2 phlox DYING OVERNIGHT. Their customer service is about 2-3 stars right now since they won’t respond to me about the dead plants. Unbelievable.

The shipping usually takes about 2 weeks but I was so pleased and excited to get my Hornbeam trees! Such a wonderful deal! They were well packaged and they come without any leaves but fear not! I put mine in the ground last week and they already have leaves growing on them! I will continue to use TN Nursery because they have the best deals and they will keep you updated on the delivery of you package as well as provide a tracking number. I ordered a couple of Red Maple which are coming in today! Thank you for the great deals!!!

Easy website to use, wonderful detail in description of plants. Excited to get my plants I just ordered.
UPDATE: RECEIVED ORDER
I received my order yesterday. I ordered 2-blanket flowers. They came in a 8x10, bubble lined envelope.(photo 1) Inside was a crumbled up brown paper bag with 2-blanket flowers written in it. (photo 2). Inside were 2-bare root plants. No insects, appears healthy. (photo 3) Planted immediately and will give another update in a month or so.
UPDATE: 06_25_2024 BOTH PLANTS ARE DEAD. 🙁

Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER!!! 6 emails sent over the course of a month all with photos and videos. They never seriously responded. All they did was ask for additional pics, then after receiving them I got zilch assistance.
There is NO customer service number. The number rings to sales and while ssles may commiserate with you nothing happens. They sent 2 bags of moss - crumbled, tiny pieces. Their suppliers ripped the moss up they threw it in the bag. A kindergartener would have know better.
Another moss was rolled up from a forest floor. Sales admitted it. It was full of pine needles, growing weeds and grasses. It’s now browned out.
Money out the window. This company is as bad as an internet scam. I shouldn’t have ignored the poor reviews. They have no quality or ethical standards. Period.
7/20/24 one would think that after seeing this review and replying to it that they would have looked at my multiple emails and would have finally gotten back to me. But they didn’t. So, here’s their BBB rating.

Two Paw Paw trees started to leaf to out in the spring. Only a few leaves and buds made it several months until June. Trees finally died. I reported the issues with pictures. They asked for a "scratch" test.. which I did and the stem broke it was so brittle.. sent pictures if that... then they asked for a close up of Said scratch test... at this point I moved on... buy from your local nursery... forget these online stores.. never again!
