I would never stay here again!! First, early check-in CHARGE when the room was ready anyway. How damn cheap can you get? And...there is never anyone around in the lobby or front desk. A lineup at check-in got us "my backup is on a conf call and will be out soon". This is the service for the early check-in charge. And...housekeeping every two days. The trash cans in the room are now overflowing. There were so few tissues in the kleenex box that we ran out and there is no one around to refill. There is ONE PERSON at the coffee bar serving people so if you come when others are getting their lattes, cappuccinos, etc., you just have to wait it out. There are so many things this place could do better and to start, DON'T CHARGE A FEE TO CHECK IN EARLY AND ANGER PEOPLE BEFORE THEY EVEN GET TO THEIR ROOMS.

This courtyard feels older and wasn’t nice. Upon arriving and getting out of the elevator the entire hallway wreaked of marijuana. The tv in the room is off the the side in a slide and is difficult to watch in bed. Good location but does not to me meet the standard I expect from a courtyard.

In need of a refurb for sure, but we felt safe and location was perfect for Moorpark field hockey location. Bring a sound machine or earplugs as you will hear slamming doors! BUT the welcome we received from Judy when we checked in was wonderful. She gave us so much local info. Also Nelia still served me a delicious coffee despite being almost closed up for the morning. Thank you!!

Judy was so thoughtful and kind to us and our service dog. Despite the phones ringing non stop, she greeted us with patience, gave us some cold water on a hot day, and set us up in a room next to the exit for easy in & out. Oh, and the room was spotless, bed was big and comfortable, and we had a nice juniper tree outside our window 🌲

Stayed here for two nights while visiting the area. Place has been renovated so it's clean and feels refreshed. Close to a few restaurants and Walmart is next door.

I feel like there is nothing besides location that distinguishes this from a motel 6. The price was on the cheaper side so that’s a plus, but the art of customer service is gone. We are here 2 night and no room service. Guess that’s how things r 2day

This hotel is VERY NOISY! We heard traffic all night long. Someone in the room next store took a shower at 12:30 am and that was loud too. Fridge was loud. You could hear people talking late at night inside and outside. We only got 1 coffee packet in our room for 2 people. Way overpriced for what it was. Room is old. Would never stay here again! We got only a few hours of sleep both nights we stayed. Just awful!
