Horrible....nice guys but they talk to much and play to much instead of getting work done I can hear them all laughing...appt 7am checked in at 6am it's 12pm and still not finished it was only 9 pallets. I feel bad for full trailers. Avoid at all costs if you can. Last person here. I even had 2 people come 2 hours after me and still finished first

Worst place i ever see my appt Time is 8am i come on tym the guy asking for the the lumper so rudely nd say if i don't pay for the lumper i need move mh truck from here now 10:30 i have another drop on 11 k m still waiting nd also they don'g let you use restroom these locked the restroom too

First of all Frozen delivers take another building.Delivery appointment was 3am( start takes delivers) . Get door right away but now its 8:30am still waiting to done! Little Tight parking, clean restroom, staff nice but slow. Good luck

AVOID !!! one ward could not be taken for 5 hours. because of them, I was very late for the next unloading and remained without cargo for a whole day. this despite the fact that I came up many times and asked that I was in a hurry. and for one ward they said $300. I do not recommend!!!

I had car problems had to park in their
Parking lot to wait for tow truck even though employees came in they didn't ask me to move.

If you’ve never been here the place can be missed very easily. Especially if the gate is closed. It is on Baker between Mission and Acacia. My appt was at 0300 and I arrived at 0200. Nobody was here until 0315 to let me in the gate. I did her a door immediately and they come out about 30 mins later and tell me my lumper is $595 for 44 pallets. This is the 2nd highest lumper I’ve paid within the last year. Been in the door over 4 hours and they still are not done unloading me.

Arrived at 845am for 9am appointment. Park in the street and walk to receiving office. Restroom in receiving office. Wait in truck with lumper paper for a call for a door. When get a door, give the paper to lumper. Paid fee at 10am. Must pay before they will unload you. Physical check or express code if paying with EFS. 2 pallets $100. Unloaded by 1015am. Got lumper receipt at 1045an. They bring paperwork to you when you get a green light. Done at 1115am

My appointment time was 7:00 a.m and I reached here at 6:40 and they had also checked but I had other appointments of 9:00 a.m and 11:00 a.m and even after telling them they My load was not released and the lumper fee was also charged earlier and yet they released my load at 12:00 PM.
