Broadhead equipment will definitely take care of you from start to finish! We made an excellent tractor purchase, and we have rented equipment on 3 different occasions! The people there treat you like family, and continues to even after the initial sale is made. Whether you buy a mower, a piece of heavy machinery, or just rent a machine for next job/project, their initial and continued customer service is second to none!!! Will definitely make my next purchase, and rent all my needed equipment there as well!! Oh, and they deliver as well!

Bought my new bad boy 4025 from them and had a lot of extras added before delivery, received Tractor promptly everything was put on and checked out as they promised couldn’t be happier. Great People to deal with wouldn’t hesitate to send friends and family there.

Bought a tractor a month ago everyone has been helpful other than it didn’t come with the tires I wanted after mentioning it 10 times+ and the biggest problem is now, I was going through paperwork/receipts with attorney to start up business ,the add was up for a tractor and free loader and he noticed a charge for $4200 which was the “free loader” so instead of a $21000 tractor ended up being a $25200 tractor . I mention it to a sale member and he tries to say the free loader event didn’t start until a week after I bought the tractor . Even after sending him pics of the add with my tractor .so he deleted the add off Facebook and tries to hide it all but I have all the proof . So be sure to check the paperwork really good no one can be trusted as much as they seem nice and won’t try to screw you over. I planned on starting a tractor rental buisness and was going to buy 2 more come tax time and a friend was going to buy one as well but we will be buying elsewhere and no longer recommending broadhead equipment to anyone that asks about the tractor

If you are considering buying a tractor, implements, zero turn mower and/or accessories I highly recommend Broadhead Equipment. Jack is very friendly and knowledgeable and responsive to all of my questions before and after the sale. Every team member there has been friendly and courteous! Broadhead Equipment is the best group of people to deal with. They are all super friendly and helpful. Jack is very knowledgeable and respectful. He will not try to sell you what you don't want or need just to make a sale. We called and texted him pre-sale and afterwards and he always got right back with us. The entire group stayed over on a Saturday to allow us to look at the tractor and test drive it. They delivered it the next week and we are totally happy with it. The whole process was flawless. Broadhead Equipment is a family owned business and they are all a pleasure to do business with. They are our go to from now on. Don't waste your time at a competitor. Save yourself time and frustration and go on to Broadhead Equipment. You'll be glad you did.

Jack was great! He took the time to actually listen to my wants and needs in order to find me the tractor I needed, not the tractor he wanted to sell me. Richard, one of the owners, made sure I was satisfied throughout the process of the papers being drawn up. After we left and stopped to eat, we ran into Alex, another owner, and he generously picked up our tab! The hour drive was beyond worth it for the hospitality we were shown!
