So far, the best food in Etna! The flavors are delicious and unique! They offer fry sauce, which for me is a BIG DEAL! I am not a drinker, but I enjoyed their root beer they make there too! The quantity is good too! I was very happy with it! Definitely a must if you are in Scott Valley!

Service was great. Diablo burger itself was great. However the coleslaw was terribly dry and tasteless big chunks of vegetables. My friend’s pulled pork was dry and way too peppery on top of dry coleslaw. The Porter was bitter, not a dark beer I would recommend. Overall, not the best brewery I have visited in the USA. Their award winning dark beer was $27 per bottle- whoa! Pass on that. Wouldn’t hate on the place, but would not recommend it either.

Great beer and environment! They also have cocktails that include some of their beers in them. The blackberry blonde ale is delicious and the Killer B’s cocktail that incorporates it is a yummy and refreshing summer drink. Good food & friendly staff.

Gave this place a try a couple of times and was disappointed in the food. The taste of the beans were not consistent.. the chicken was bleeding. I gave my honest feedback to the manager and why this racist lady call my job 4 months after the fact to complain that I threw money at her!?! I thought I return the favor with this review. I’m sure other racists see nothing wrong with a White woman lying on a Black woman. Intimidated by my presence and my confidence. I made peace by accepting the ugly character of a struggling restaurant.

This place should easily have a higher rating. The staff was friendly, the food is great (as In really tasty and great options and ingredients), has indoor and outdoor seating, and a good selection of beers. Top notch, a great find!

Group of 6 came here from out of town. Great beer all around. Very good food and excellent service from Melissa and Monica. Very reasonable prices. A Must go to in Etna.
