Incredible Laotian food with a view of Shasta. The Nom Tek has an option for BBQ beef (smoked over oak) which makes for wonderful complexity. Great Service by a team that really loves the food they make.

The food is good, but unlike their website says, they don't have banh-mi on the menu.
A bit more expensive compared to other Thai restaurants but the food is very tasty. Nice and clean location.

This is our go to for great Thai. It’s a local business with a nice restaurant front in downtown Weed. They use free range chicken and the veggies are cooked to perfection! The sauce they do on the stir fry is soooo good. Sticky rice is the best. Their veggie springs rolls are made to order and really good. They do have inside seating but we usually do take out. Not fancy which is fine…. it’s all about the food!
