Hey Guy's, If you haven't heard about Rooster's Rolling BBQ, you're missing out. These guys catered our annual golf tournament, and the food was AMAZING!!!. The mouth watering Tri-tip and grilled Chicken was so juicy and tender. The Rosemary Potatoes and Grilled Veggies were so Delicious!!!. If you like Flavor, these are your guys.
Ruben and his crew have the Best customer service around. I can't wait to book my next event.

Ruben and Rooster's Rolling BBQ were amazing!
Left a message asking if they could help cook up some good bbq for my friend's birthday a few days ahead and they delivered that AND more. Was blown away by the delicious food and impressed by the responsiveness.

Will absolutely be asking for their help with feeding our next big event. Crowd favorite was the brisket and the ribs!

We had a business lunch for 31 big eaters! We had Prime Rib, Turkey and all the fixings! Everything was fresh, super tasty and the service was amazing. The smokey flavors were delicious, and we will differently be using Ruben and his team again! This event really could not have gone any better and we were all so impressed!

Ruben Prado and his crew have catered multiple functions for my family over the last 10 years. Additionally, I have been to functions he has catered with both BBQ and his Taquero. From 50 people to 500. Aside from the food being fresh and very tasty, it’s the little things they do so well. Customer service, presentation, and overall vibe of providing a service is 10/10. We entrusted Ruben and his team at Rooster's Rolling BBQ to cater our wedding rehearsal dinner in Santa Cruz. They did a fantastic job and all of our guests were properly impressed with the tacos. We opted for the steak, shrimp and chicken options along with the heirloom corn tortilla upgrade. Food was absolutely delicious and their communication throughout the process was very professional. Would highly recommend.
