We were on the way back from a ski trip, and we stopped by after a friend recommended this place. They serve very authentic Indonesian, Singaporean and Malaysian food. Everything we ordered was so tasty and it exceeded our expectations. The owner is super friendly and the service was great. We would definitely come back.

I rarely write reviews but man I love this restaurant so much I feel like I need to share with the world. First of all, I love coming in because of the customer service. The owner is so friendly and makes us feel so welcome every time we come in. Then the food. The food is out of this world. The beef satay is tender, flavorful. My wife gets the chicken or beef rendang which we love. But my all time favorite dish is the laksa soup. It's creamy, rich, filling, and just the right amount of spice. The place is clean, spacious, and just a great area. Also nice having the asian market next door. Anyways, I love this place and it's nice to have a restaurant like this in our rotation.

Yummy Indonesian food! Very flavorful and with good ingredients. We ordered the soto ayam, seafood laksa, and chicken rendang, and they were all great. For those folks from Singapore/Malaysia/Indonesia, I would say the food may not be exactly 💯 like you expect from back home, but I still think it's a great place to go since the food is delicious regardless.
The restaurant is very comfortable and nicely decorated, and the owner is super nice also.

Barzar Eatery is a Southeast Asian (Indonesian, Malaysian, Singaporeanm etc) restaurant. The cook is an Indonesian/wife Chinese.
Very tasty, genuine local SEA food, Typical service with shrimp (prawn) crackers served as an appetizer for the incoming customers.
* this is unique and should be continued to differentiate itself from the rest of the crowded food industry. (My 2 bits) *

The waitress/owner was very friendly, courteous and very accommomdating, smiling to all customers.

When/if you are in this area (Vacaville, CA), come on in to check it out.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the warmest smiles and the most welcoming atmosphere. The service? Absolutely impeccable—fast, friendly, and genuinely happy to have you there. You can feel the passion they have for what they do!

Now, let’s talk about the food WOW! Every single dish we tried was a masterpiece. The flavors? Out of this world! Every bite bursts with freshness, richness, and the perfect balance of seasoning. You can taste the love and dedication in every plate. We tried so many dishes, and not a single one disappointed. Each one was better than the last!

The place itself is spotless so clean and well-kept, it makes the dining experience even better. It’s no surprise that everyone loves coming here. I could eat here every day and never get tired of it! If you haven’t been yet, you are seriously missing out. RUN, don’t walk, to this incredible gem!

Intimate gem of a spot next to County Square market in Vacaville. Indonesian food. Cute decor, QR code ordering and payment was really easy. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially when explaining the dishes.

Food was delicious! We will be back to try other things on the menu but the shrimp fried rice was excellent. We also had the Beef Rendang, Chicken Soup, and spring rolls. They gave us shrimp chips with a chili/shrimp paste sauce (think Asian chips and salsa) while we waited for our food.

Wow. Try everything. Really. We almost licked the plates. Came with kids ages 10-21. And everyone loved it!!! We were just passing by after a visit to the Redwoods (from Utah) and on our way to SF. Otherwise we would have gone again. Lovely waitress. Sorry about the mess 😬
