Enjoyed every minute of breakfast! Every single staff member was phenomenal! Friendly environment, great find. We went for a family road trip and stumbled upon Brekkies, so glad we decided to eat here. Prices match the value, food came out lightening fast and served were extremely attentive. You can also enjoy a mimosa or draft beer here. We can’t wait to return!

Talk about fast service and food with a twist! You first order your food with the cashier, then you are seated and minutes after your food is at your table. I have never experienced such fast and efficient service with great food! Such a hidden gem in the heart of solvang! Our family and I truly enjoyed it. I'm definitely a fan of their Danish pancakes 🥞

Finally tried Brekkies and was a bit underwhelmed. I’m always looking for all day breakfast and was excited to try a new place that specializes in breakfast. Maybe it’s a Scandinavian thing, but just wasn’t a lot of flavor and was a little skimpy. Also, tater tots should maybe be an option, but not the only option for breakfast potatoes. The food was just ok, in my opinion. Maybe we just caught them on an off day.

Wait time:
Busy place. Long line. Overall, the line moves fast. You order at the front counter, then sit down (inside or outside). Smooth process. Food arrived fast!

Service:
Friendly service, polite, fast. The place is extremely clean and nice!

Food selection:
There is a large menu to choose from. Definitely will find something for everyone!

Food flavor:
This is where they drop the ball. The food is hot. The food is fresh. The flavor is bland unfortunately. As a foodie, flavor and quality of food outweigh many issues. Chicken and waffles - Do not recommend. l It is filling, but the flavor is not there.

Biscuits and Gravy - Being from the south, this dish is simple and should be flavorful. Unfortunately, this was completely off as well. Edible? Yes. Tasty? No....

Coffee - Average at best.

Orange juice - Isn't fresh squeezed, so it misses the mark as well.

If you're looking for fast, simple food, this place is fine. If you are looking for flavor and quality, this isn't the place.

The food portions were generous! I ordered the veggie omelette with orange juice, and we also tried the seafood omelette. Overall, it was a great experience. My only suggestion would be to offer more coffee options—if you're a latte lover, you might need to look elsewhere for that.

Busy place with a long line, but it moves quickly. We were a party of 12, and we didn’t have a hard time getting seated.

Our family ordered the kids’ French toast and pancake. Pancake was slightly different from the usual style—it was thinner but still good. I had the avocado toast and wished it was a bit bigger.

Overall, it’s a great spot for breakfast!

We arrived here on a random day trip from LA for a nice breakfast. We really appreciated staff giving us a heads up on the wait time as we were waiting in line. You order your food up front and are assigned your seat after finishing your order. I can tell you that the food is awesome and the service is very good. I’ll let the pics below speak for themselves!
