We had an amazing experience at Solvang Brewing Co and Glaze’s Smoke House in Lompoc! We ordered the #7 Combo Two Meat Plate with smoked tri-tip and baby back ribs, and it did not disappoint. The meat was cooked to absolute perfection, tender and full of flavor. For sides, we went with the #2 Mac n Cheese and #4 Loaded Half Baked Potato, which were both deliciously creamy and seasoned just right. Since we were splitting the plate, we added an extra side of #6 Kale Crunch Salad and #3 Southern Greens and Pork Belly—each one was incredible in its own way, packed with flavor and expertly prepared.

The traditional smoked BBQ sauce was a standout; it’s easily one of the best sauces I’ve ever tasted. We were thrilled to hear they’ll be bottling it soon—can’t wait to bring some home! To complement our meal, we had the Sunny Fields Organic Craft beer in mimosa flavor and the classic Solvang Lager on tap. Both were refreshing and paired perfectly with the smoky richness of the food.

This place is truly a hidden gem. It’s clear they’ve been through the challenges of the pandemic, but more people need to discover what they’re offering here. Don’t sleep on this spot—it deserves to be packed every night! We’ll definitely be back next week to try more of their smoked meat options. Highly recommend! Service was above and beyond too!

From Colorado and we would kill to have one of these there. This place is great…incredible beer (try the Kolsch)…incredible food (see the nachos pic). But the vibe and atmosphere is awesome…great music btw whoever is on that. Enjoy!!! Sidebar…. Mike is killing it here, a rockstar in the industry!!!

Wow, love this place. Awesome layout, you can bring the whole family including those with four legs. A pool table up front right near the kitchen, on the side is a huge patio, with garage doors that open to a massive bar/restaurant space. The TVs are angled towards the patio, perfect for large groups to watch the game. The service is great, and we liked the menu, there’s something for everyone on it. Their wings are fantastic! Just go already..!

My boyfriend and I went here to see our friend's band; I thought we'd grab an appetizer and then go home for dinner.

We ordered the nachos to share....and were brought a foot-tall tower of food. The nachos were delicious, and had a wildly generous amount of carnitas. We made breakfast with them the next day and STILL have leftovers. My lager tasted like a lager, which is exactly what I wanted.

Our server Cynthia was friendly and helpful, and other folks working there came to check on us and say hi as well. We had a lovely time.

Casual, busy, and dependably good. Service was good, Macaroni & Cheese and Grilled Artichoke were both good, service was good, and atmosphere was great good. I’d totally come back with friends for a laid-back night out!

The handmade Margarita Pizza was excellent and my daughter says that this place on Tuesday's is our new Tradition and we love all the games 🖤
Everyone is so friendly it makes me want to work here. All around wonderful environment.

We tend to come to this place with mixed results in some areas. Service tends to be poor a lot, but last night it was on point. The wife and I feel their burgers are done really well with quality ingredients. The fries are mediocre, but at least aren’t a skinny fry(not a fan). We really like the buffalo hot wings which have their own flavor and is a difference from the typical franks hot sauce flavor. We tried beignets for the first time and those seemed to be really good. Being a fan of the burgers and wings, we have come here before and recommend eating in house than taking to go. The flavors aren’t the same when we get it to go.
