Busy Bee serviced our yard in Troy, AL for over a year. They are one of the most professional companies I've dealt with. Their payment service is extremely easy to use, and they send you text messages about your upcoming lawn care to keep you informed. Even the CEO was extremely pleasant to work with and was always quick to respond to my questions via email. Highly recommended if they are in your area! Couldn't have been happier with their lawn and customer service.

Hired them to do a landscape. They gave me a quote for $1200. However, they charged me $200 extra without even communicate with me. They kept my credit card information and charged $1400 in the end. They told me afterwards that it took a little longer than expected. However, I am paying for the job not by hour. They can not just charge whatever you want without informing the customer. Bad experience.

I've tried several lawn services in Troy and have been most satisfied with Busy Bee by far. They have been servicing 2 lawns for me since earlier this year. My challenge is that I do not live in Troy so I haven't always received reliable, thorough services in my absence. However on my occasional visits, I have always found the BB work to be on par with the expectations set in our initial walk-through. The grass is cut, flower beds clean, no trimmings accumulating on the street, sidewalks or driveways and all the curbs were edged. I appreciate their professionalism in doing the job agreed upon even though I am not present. Their prices are in line with other companies in the area and I feel like I am getting what I'm paying for. I always get a text reminder the day before and a detail invoice afterwards as I was told I would. They have been very easy and flexible to work with. I received pics after the first cut to ensure we were on the same page and satisfied.
