PER Broker.....10:00 am appointment time!!!!
Check in at 9:00 am...backed in dock before 9:30 am...started loading trailer at 2:30 pm & that took another hour.
Broker insisted this is a same day pick up and delivery.
From Macon, GA to Knoxville, TN which would be feasible if loaded in a timely manner. Now who knows!!
Never coming here again!!!

Showed up 2 and a half hours early for my appointment. The lady in shipping was so sweet. Put me in a door right away and 10 minutes later they were loading me. This is my 2nd time here and haven't had any issues either time.

No shipper on earth better than Irving Tissue. Very respectful and professional people at the shipping office make the job easier for truckers. I showed up at 11:00 am for 18:00 pick up I was given the door right away.

Friendly people at check in. Park your truck and walk to Shipping office. I've been here several times. BE AWARE THAT LOADING CAN SOMETIMES TAKE 10+ hours, and other times you'll be out within 3 hours. Come prepared with food and water, just in case. Overnight Parking, and restroom available.

Ok yeah, it took about 6 hours to get loaded. Stuff like that happens though and it’s not really the person at the windows fault. So please keep that in mind the next time you’re stuck somewhere for hours getting loaded and don’t be mean to the shipping department people. You would be surprised how much better life can be when you’re not just constantly angry at the wrong people and more patient and understanding with them.

For professional truck drivers who runs America as transport the goods. this is very disrespectful premises for them they takes 12+ hours to load you! Whoever running, this company should shame at himself.

5 hours to load. That's rediculous. The yard driver flew behind me when I was backing into a spot. The lady in the office was rude. This all equals one star.
