I have canned fresh chicken and beef for canned meat that last 15 years, at least. Great for salads and a fast meal. Delicious.
I have also had help cutting up 1/2 beef and a hog that they had hanging in the freezer for me. We vacuum packed it all.
Full service if you stay and do your part. They teach you as you go so that next time you can do it yourself!
We are very pleased with Richard and all the services he supplies at the cannery. 5 star!

We are so blessed to have this resource in our community. Great cuts of meat, great selection, and the customer service is top notch. They will teach/educate you while you shop. It's a great experience. I highly recommend making the trip out.

Every Thursday, they stay open late (6PM) and they offer a deal of the day. This week, it was smoked porkchops.

They close around noon on Fridays.
