What a special place. Came here without a reservation but YES you must call ahead and make a reservation to do a tour. Casey was so sweet and accommodating to our visit. She was amazing to let us tour and was attentive to all the animals. I can really see how this place is filled with joy and wonderful staff members. The ranch is filled with all types of animals. Every animal seemed to be well fed and cared for. We really recommend going with the whole family!!

We did a private tour. Our 3 year old loved it. The guide was very kind and full of knowledge. She was also patient with us. I would highly recommend as a family outing. The animals are well cared for and the environments are very nicely built.

My private party tour consisted of three 4-year olds and two other mom friends and it's safe to say that this was by far the most fantastic animal experience that I have ever had. Shannon was our guide and is an absolute treasure. She knew the names of all the animals and a lot of interesting info about the animals and the ranch. You can tell that the animals here are well taken care of and loved. All of the enclosures were clean and constructed in a way that gives plenty of space to roam. I was impressed with how close we were able to safely be to the animals as well. I cannot wait to return and am so thankful to have been invited to this one-of-a-kind experience.

We had such a great time! We got to pet so many animals and see them up close. It is a must see for people to learn about these animals and get to see them so close and personal. The staff is amazing as well!

When you combine a love of animals and a passion for educating kids about the importance of conservation and care, you get this wonderful ranch. Unlike a typical zoo, each tour is guided and packed with educational information related to each animal. This is the largest collection of birds I've ever seen and I've been to many zoos. I appreciate the attention to habitat design for each species. I was able to see animals I've never seen in person before and I'm 46! My daughters loved the experience, especially holding and petting allowed animals. Highly recommend a visit even if you don't have kids. Pre-Schedule your guided tour, they aren't taking walk-ins yet.

What a wonderful place to visit no matter what your age ...100% recommend making this trip ..Family and staff that are there love and know their beloved animals...They share stories and information as you are able to get up close to most...My husband Ken and I felt so welcomed...

Very very cool! We had a great time. Messaged the owner on Facebook to see if they had any same-day availability, they were able to take us for their next tour. It was $18/person, so bring cash if you can. They also take Zelle but the service out there is a little spotty. We walked through the whole ranch, it took about 1.5 hours total. Got to see all sorts of critters, pet and feed some too. Lots of fun animal facts and the animals were clearly very well-cared for. 10/10 will go again! Some construction underway and lots of walking, might now be great for those who have trouble standing for long periods.
