No respect for the drivers time.
Check in around 6:45am.
Release time after almost 5 hrs (attached a picture) sitting on the dock.
No 👎 good at all.
Go by appointment date. No eary pick-ups.
The staging area will get full, and you'll see drivers trying to park everywhere. Because they take forever.

Do not pickup a load from here. Regardless what your appointment time is you will wait hours and hours.
Show up on time? You will wait, show up late? Don’t matter you will still wait.
All these trucks are waiting in staging area for a door.

All over had a good experience I did checked in 5.30AM & they loaded me in 2 hours & give me papers ready to go don’t have the night parking and I don’t know they load on the appointment I don’t have. Any appointments I am come direct & they do the load you want parking night time go the I-16 from away 5 miles over there have a BP truck parking area…🤘

10/21/24: I saw the other reviews and was hopeful, I was wrong again. I was not the original driver assigned to this load. I had just received the info and was told to be here between 08:00-14:00; I arrived at 12:45. I was told that I was very late and my 'appointment' was at 08:00. She took my info and I found a place to park. The staging area was full. I got a call for a dock door at 17:32, had to wait for another driver, and I was docked at 17:48. Loaded and departed at 19:05! I would understand having to pay the price if I was the sorry, late driver but I wasn't. I think it is absolutely unprofessional to make drivers wait so long. WE do not get paid to sit at a facility, not a dime, absolutely nothing! We only get paid when the wheels are turning. Y'all have ZERO RESPECT for a driver's clock! I honestly never knew forklifts could drive so slowly & quiet. I hope I never get sent here again.

The guard has an attitude but they did unload me fast (2h)also they offer a trailer washout (25$)

6am refrigerated units check in… unit fuel must be at half full if not they will turn you around at the gate… expect a 4hr minimum unload time

Got there at 7am for an 8am appt to get loaded. Didn't get out of there till 1pm.
