ForeverLawn Low Country is an awesome company to deal with. They are very knowledgeable and great people. I met Jen the owner at Savannah Home and Garden show in 2019. I was doing research on her company before I knew she was in the area. I contacted the corporate office and at the time they told me they had no offices in the area in November 2018. But in February 2019 I was walking around the Home and Garden show and saw Jen's booth. She came out to our home and gave us a quote and 2 weeks later she and her crew was digging up my clay backyard all by hand mind you. They had to remove all my grass and put in gravel and flatten it out. They then installed the turf. It was fun to learn about the process but also awesome to see how quickly they moved. I know it was not easy for them to do since they were using shovels and couldn't get their equipment passed my fence. I have had the turf for over 6 years and never had an issue with the turf or Jen's team. Also, we were her first ever customer. They did an awesome job back then I can't even imagine how much they have learned over the years and what they could accomplish. I love that the grass is always green and the K9 grass we got is 100% drainable. Never have any puddles and no mosquito issues after a down pour of rain. Most importantly no urine or feces smells.

As soon as I contacted the company, they had a representative out to my home within a week, explained the different types available, and helped me choose the appropriate dog supporting grass, without feeling pressured for a sale. There was a crew of four, who worked for five and 1/2 days. They prepped the area, put supporting layers of dirt and crushed gravel down, and laid the new grass. They took good care of my property and were respectful of my neighbors. It had been five years without dirt in my house or in my dog’s ears, and feels great under my bare feet. I have never regretted my decision, and highly recommended the company.

ForeverLawn Lowcountry just finished installing Endura K9 Grass in my yard. They also took on installation of some rubber playground tiles (about 90) that I had bought and wanted done in conjunction with the turf - something outside their usual scope of work. Both the turf and the tiles look fantastic and it's really a testament to just how good the people who work for this company are that something they'd never done before - the rubber tiles - was done so well.

The K9 Grass is beautiful and when they tell you it drains immediately, believe it! I watched my dogs pee on it and even though I watched them do it, when I walked over to where they were, not only was there no little puddle, I couldn't even find a wet spot. It's just amazing. And I can't find the seams on the turf either.

I am extremely happy with the product, the work that was done and this company. An all-around excellent experience.
