Mr. Holt responded to my call within an hour, showed up to provide an estimate when he said he would and scheduled to have all of the work done in a reasonable time. He was professional, courteous and showed up to the job site everyday to check on the progress and make sure all expectations were being met. His team showed up on time, worked throughout the day, and even worked the last day in the rain and wind to get the job completed. They left my yard in great condition for the amount of work we had done. It is a rarity these days for someone’s word to mean something, but when Mr. Holt tells you something will happen, you can consider it done. His crew even blew off my neighbors roof to make sure they cleaned up all the debris. I cannot recommend them enough and would look forward to working with them again in the future. Highly recommend if you want your tree removal done right!

Family Tree Service were very responsive despite their busy schedule due to the widespread need of tree service because of the recent storms.
They were able to fit me into their schedule and remove a large willow tree that was damaged. It was in a complex location at the corner of both my neighbors fence and mine, and the only access was between the single lane road behind my house and a sloped ditch behind my fence.
They completed the job of tree removal, stump grinding, and debris clean-up quickly in about 1.5 hours.

Mr. Holt was present at the start of the job, going over the plan with his crew of seven. His team worked hard and efficiently and they were professional and personable. A well oiled machine!

When the job was completed, Mr. Holt was there. My property was completely transformed. Clean up was amazing, not a branch left behind.

Colud not have been better! We had a tree fall on our house when we called Family Tree Service. Hurricane Helene made us one of many. Usually, you get the pick of two; low price, speed, or quality. I was willing to pay for quality Family Tree Service threw in speed when it could not be expected and the price was competitive when competence was most needed. Professional from beginning to end of a 12 hour job, I cannot recommend enough.
