Had a good first experience here. They took me in 4hrs before my appointment. The man I was interacting with, checking me in and out, was very nice and accommodating. I was loaded and out within 2hrs.

Shipping staff arrives 15:30-16:00, from what I was told, and you can call around these hrs to see if they can take you early. I got lucky and had someone around 1500 call me and assign me a door.

A small facility, but the docking area for loading and Unloading is big enough for fairly easy backing.

Not sure if there was a bathroom available for drivers.

Theres a driveway, before the gate to the facility, on the left that leads into their drop yard for overnight parking. No need to check in with anyone to park there. no bathroom and the area is poorly lit though.

Bonduelle is also “Ready Pac Produce”. There’s a Loves, Flying J, and Petro 0.5 miles away.

My appointment was for 8pm, I arrived at 3:05pm. They have an empty trailer lot to the left side before you enter the place. You can either call to check in or go to the shipping office to check in, it’s up to you. I called, and they said they would call me back when my load is ready.

Got a call back at 6:15pm to come to the dock door to get my load trailer. MAKE SURE TO HAVE TWO LOAD LOCKS OR THEY WONT LET YOU LEAVE WITH LOAD!

Overnight parking allowed in yard to the left *shipping doors not stay until 4pm no early pick ups before then you can call and ask once they have a door for you they will call if they can get you in early once you are though the arm follow the road to the back if a trailer is in your door and yard dog will pull it soon open hot doors and back it LOAD LOCK IS REQUIRED they will bring you a paper to fill out and once they are done they will knock on your truck takes about 2 hours to get loaded then they will come back for the paperwork and have you pull up and verify your load lock has been put in place (if you leave it in the trailer they will put it up) then give you your paperwork leave out the same way you came

Genuinely confused by the negative reviews. I checked in 4 hours early and had a door. Check in guy and yard dog were cool. Plenty of room to back, don't stress the google map looks. I got my door at 4pm. Appointment wasn't until 8pm. I was out by 6:30pm. They offered to let me wait on site or go to the TA nearby. I chose the TA because the drop n hook lot has no bathroom. The dock has the cleanest porta john I've ever seen though. Definitely coming back here.

Picked up a drop and hook and everything went really smooth. Professional friendly staff. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Would have been 5 stars if they had overnight parking.

Not sure what happened here. Trailer has been docked in a door for 4 hours and was being loaded before I got here, appointment was for 8pm arrived at 630pm. Have had a green light the entire time, reefer doors are open and motor has been running constantly. Don't hear any loading going on in my trailer and yet still no paperwork. I have two stops to deliver to and this is going to make me late to both.

I see all the bad reviews not sure why got there at 8:00 pm my appt was at 7:00 am they had me park outside the building told me 4:00am they start to receive I went back in at 5:30 they put me in door and out by 8:30am only bad thing is not much room to work with to get in door but yard man will put in for you
