After being with this company for a couple of years. I'm grateful for the experience and limited opportunity that I obtain while working there. But management is the most unethical department that DO NOT care for growth. Management does not appreciate their worker no matter the amount of work you undergo to perform a complete task. The floor manager underestimates the work that you do, abuses their title whenever they feel like and will try to get a negative reaction out of you. I am proud that I finally decided to leave this toxic work environment. There is always room for growth somewhere else after a bad experience. Mahalo.
