expensive and the lady in the cashier kind of rude and coughing in front of you without excuse. she is lazy and refuse to answers questions about the product. i dont recommend people to come and buy this store.

Came here to look for disposable plates, silverware, and napkins for my wedding because a friend recommended them to me. Seems simple but the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and I was clearly a bother to her as she rolled her eyes at me multiple times when I was just asking simple questions of how much the items I needed would cost and how many items come in the order. She also was coughing and was not wearing a mask. I looked around before talking with her at the items on display and nothing had price tags and there was nowhere else I could find this information. I don’t understand how people can be so rude to others especially when you’re customer service and a customer is trying to buy your products. I ended up leaving because it was so uncomfortable and the prices she quoted me were more expensive than what I could get at Costco. I’d rather spend more elsewhere anyway than have to feel like I’m such a bother to this lady. Definitely do not recommend coming here if you don’t work in the industry and need help finding what you need.

They say this store has it all. 😒 I had to find someone to help me, when I finally talked to someone that actually works there; she didn’t have a clue what I was talking about. She had to say she will check her stock and walked away with her phone talking to someone. I waited but she didn’t come back to me. I saw another employee and suggested me to use Clorox for meldew after I just said Clorox didn’t work!!! I just walked out and looked elsewhere to buy what I needed and maybe experts in their field would actually help me!!! Will not recommend this store!!! 😤😤😤

No deposit back. About 4 years ago i bought a 25 1/2 co2 tank at a florist store in waialae ave, paid seposit and everything. The store closed after the whole mall strip was being renovated. Finally decided to refill the tank in 2020. Went to "Triple F" and was told that if the tank was theirs, it would only cost $35 to refill. Once i get there they make me open an account and voila, charged again the "deposit" fee, even though i brought them the tank back i bought and paid for 4 years ago. I was going tk walk out to be told that, "the tank is not yours, sir". So i had to repay a second deposit fee, snd lost the other tank regardless. So, they hot the deposit fee from this florist shop, and got me to pay an extra deposit fee. Round business.

I stopped at their warehouse to pick up items for my family. The staff in the reception area was very nice. The guy prepping my order noticed an error in my order and corrected right away which I was very appreciative of. He helped me load my items in my vehicle which he didn't have to do.

They have t shirt bags $30.00 ish for 1000. Sam's Club has for half the price $15.00 ish for 1000. If you pay cash at Triple FFF they will reimburse cash if item returned on same day otherwise a reimbursement check is mailed beyond the one day. It takes two weeks to receive reimbursement check per date of this post
