I wanted to have a better experience at Aunty Lilikois than I did. I will start with the pros. It is a local owned business, and giving back to the community is key in Kauai. The cheesecake my husband and I shared was delicious, but a little too frozen. I purchased salad dressing that I am sure will be great.

Now for the cons -- customer service was sub par. We drove from Lihue to Waimea (30-40mins) JUST to get some pie we kept reading about. Upon arrival, we told the worker we drive across the island just for her pie! She seemed less than thrilled. Offered no samples, and just asked what we wanted. Well....we wanted pie, but all the had available was cheesecake. Secondly, she gave zero recommendations and no interest to how we even stumbled upon the business. As a small business owner myself, I am so grateful to hear how others find me and approach customer service in high regard. Maybe it was an off day. But we felt we needed pie redemption after the visit.

Love to support local stores when visiting abroad. We passed by this place in search of some Hawaiian gifts to bring home. As the name suggests, they offer many lillikoi based products. The niece of the owner happened to be there to service us and she was very patient and knowledgeable. You can taste the product before you buy and they make the product in this very store. Make sure to try the onopop as it's to die for. The lillikoi Wasabi mustard and the lillikoi jam were clear winner.

Makes a great product when done right, but unfortunately I think the quality control could be improved. Purchased Aunty Lilikoi's Passion Fruit Mango Butter on a vacation, but when I returned to CA found out it was molded. When I requested a replacement/refund from Aunty Lilikoi, I was told yes, but no follow through in 3 months. So PSA to all, check your purchases before leaving the island and I'm sure if there are any issues, they would be more than happy to resolve them. I'll take the "L" on this one, but I would definitely purchase again when I am back to Kauai.

Call ahead. Drive from princeville.... no pies and the reason "she's been dragging her feet". Bought these ridiculously expensive cookies and they don't even taste like passion fruit.

Love this store! I get passion fruit juice (can’t find pure juice elsewhere without additives) and passion fruit wasabi salad dressing shipped to me in Colorado. Awesome for cocktails or adding a little flavor to water. Always fast shipping !

Local family run shop with a true passion for Passion Fruit. Nice variety of passion fruit products. Definitely get the cake (my wife loved it). They are also very hospitable, and offer for you to taste the range of products they have. Super interesting was a spicy lilikoi marmelade, which is one of the things we ended up buying. Would definitely recommend making a stop here and buying a bunch of stuff. Know that what you are getting is made locally and without preservatives. This means its got a shorter shelf life, but that's what you get with real food (as opposed to chemical laden store bought products). Enjoy!
