Tried Hanalei poi for the fist time today. Was ono for some Hawaiian food and it was the only poi available. We've been loyal to another brand for many years.hanalei poi was fresh smooth naturally sweet and its consistency was great . and it tasted amazing . You've gained a new customer and will be grabbing some whenever its available here.. 🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙

This was the best tasting poi, thicker like pa’i ‘ai. However, none of that matters when the poi is inedible. In the past month, of five containers I bought, four had silicone-like plastic film inside mixed with the poi that I had to either pick out of my mouth or peel off of the top and inner layers. This product should be pulled off the market, recalled, and refunded to customers. Someone needs to sue this business for contaminating customers with potentially carcinogenic plastics being mixed with their food which they claim as “all natural”. Shame on Hanalei poi! People feed their children this stuff!

I’ve been eating Hanalei poi for many years. I’ve always noticed that eating poi especially Hanalei poi soothes my stomach.
When ever I suffer from acid indigestion I eat meals with pii.

On a trip one month ago a had acid reflex everyday and I wish I had my Hanalei poi. The day I got home I went straight to the store to buy my poi and my stomach was in heaven.

I decided to freeze my poi for my recent trip. The second night I had defrosted my poi just in time because I had heart burn at 1am in the morning. I swallowed 6 spoonfuls of poi and the heart burn disappeared in 2 minutes. I did the same thing before going to bed each nlght until I ran of poi.

Whenever we come to Kauai, we always buy a half dozen tubs, freeze them, and bring them back to my father (who grew up in Hawaii). He’s a real kanaka and he loves it. We’ve tried other brands, but he like Hanalei Poi Company the best.

I'm so disappointed once again this happened before and it was even worse. It's like poi juice and thats not what i paid for😥I spend the extra money because your poi is usually good and now this is the znd time.I hope you figure out what's wrong and fix it.
