Beautiful place to live! The grounds are very well kept. It is nice and quiet and the amenities are great. Pool, Jacuzzi, nice barbecue area, tennis courts etc.!

It is like a little community and everyone gets along very well. I would say it is a well sought after place to live in kihei.

One other thing is that it is convenient to almost anything! You can walk to the grocery store, the bank, post office, the vet, lots of stores, a couple of nice gymns and more. The bus also stops almost right outside the complex.

The most racist place I ever been to on any of the Hawaiian islands. If your a person of color be ready to be called N words and various racist slurs. Whole complex are Caucasians and not local they will all let you know your not welcomed. All people with a heart and soul that's pure stay away. Cars broken into daily old property termites and bad plumbing and roofing leaks. With some of the worst neighbors and people you ever met. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Currently live at Maui Gardens and have for 8 years. Lovely community and you cannot beat the location. 3 minute walk to the beach, walking distance to Times, Longs and Azeka mall with many nice restaurants and shops.

Very unfriendly place to live bums every where and the people are not very nice save your time and money and live somewhere more friendly just sad I think all these people need to move back to the mainland so they can be miserable there
