We came right at opening. The little shop was welcoming and the chocolate samples were delicious. I ended up buying the limited mango bar because it was a bite above the rest. Lance, the owner, was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I would definitely return next year for the workshop. This chocolate store is a go-to if you are visiting the island!

My husband and I booked a chocolate bar workshop for Valentine's Day and had an amazing time. Lance filled in a lot of gaps in our knowledge of cacao and how chocolate is made. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the kitchen creating our own flavor combination bars to take home. I would recommend the workshop experience and the chocolate to anyone. Their kitchen and products are free from many common food allergies, something appreciated by members of my family with nut and dairy allergies. They source from fair trade farms in Ecuador they've worked with for over 8 years. Give them a try!

Such a great experience! Lance shares his story, chocolate facts, and takes you through a tasting and making process fun for all. Plenty of choices for flavor options to build from and was very doable for mom with limited mobility to participate. Even the skeptical boyfriend came out all smiles and impressed, a win win on my book 👍🍫😋

This was fun! Lance first gave us background on how he came to own a chocolate making company on Kauai, then gave us a brief history on the birth of chocolate and how it gained in popularity.
The hands-on chocolate bar making was great, but eating it afterwards was even better!

Highlite of our trip. Wonderful experience for all ages. The ONLY suggestion I have is to add an option (for additional cost), to make three bars instead of only two.

I nearly gave up looking for some fun cooking, culinary or chocolate-tasting experience in Kaua'i. Then I found Wild Kaua'i Chocolate and immediately signed up for the chocolate bar class.

Wild Kaua'i Chocolate was easy enough to find.

Wife dropped me off for my adventure. I think I asked Lance more questions than he knew was possible in a single day, and he graciously indulged my curiosity.

I walked away two bars richer and smarter with a great memory.
