Took the farm tour on March 25. Mason led the tour and was thoroughly engaging. We learned a lot about the challenges in growing and processing to produce different types of teas.

The farm took over a lavender farm and have preserved and maintain many of the trees, shrubs and flowers on the property. Sustainability is the farms mantra and Mason really communicated the farm’s commitment.

The tea tasting at the end of the tour introduced us to teas that we have never tried before. Of course we also purchased some to drink at home

A delightful “up country” experience! Highly recommended - even if you aren’t a tea aficionado!

This was a fantastic experience! My wife loves tea, but I’m not a big tea drinker. Therefore, I figured this would be mostly of interest to her and I was kind of “along for the ride“. However, I found the entire experience, absolutely fascinating and I am so glad that I didn’t miss it.

The grounds are stunningly beautiful. The land used to belong to a lavender farm and now has been converted to growing primarily tea. However, they have preserved myriad plantings from the lavender farm days, and there are beautiful specimens of all kinds of different plants scattered throughout the grounds. In addition to the beauty of the tea farm itself, it is situated high up on the slopes of Haleakala and has gorgeous views.

Our guide, Mason, was fantastic. He is very friendly and amazingly knowledgeable about the various plants, the grounds, and tea. He related all kinds of interesting facts about growing and preparing tea, as well as about all of the plants and the horticulture. He’s one of the best tour guides that we have had in our various explorations and excursions throughout the world.

They include a tea tasting in which we got to sample a number of really interesting and different teas. As I mentioned, I’m not a big tea drinker, but it was interesting to sample them with a knowledgeable guide (Mason) guiding us through the tasting process.

I would highly recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a delightful “up country“ excursion while staying on Maui.

We took a tour around the grounds with Mason and learned so much, not just about how tea is grown and processed, but also about native plants and the conservation efforts of the farm and their neighbors. Bought some tea to take home and will look for more on their website to continue supporting this lovely little farm.

Very cute shop! We went to visit after going to the mountain, and I got a tea flight and bought a bag of tea as well. The teas are very good and locally grown. The attendant is very nice and helpful.

And you can even tour the grounds, but we didn't have enough time to do that. But it was still a neat shop to stop at! Highly recommended.

Lovely little tea shop. Can't speak for the farm as I didn't visit it. But for an afternoon tea in a beautiful setting, can't be beat. The tea is great

I love tea and had to stop by this shop on our way down from the national park. I got the tea flight and then bought a couple bags of tea because they were delicious! I especially enjoyed the Kai white & green tea blend and the native Mamaki tea. Highly recommend stopping to sample the teas even if you don't have time to do the tour.

Loved our tour! As someone who used to host tea tours myself this was a 10/10. Great explanation of tea and how it's cultivated. Enjoyed learning a lot about the local plants and lore. Bought some adorable tea accessories as well!

I am a huge fan of tea, and my wife loves coffee. This was a cute farm. My family enjoyed the tour. Our kids especially enjoyed picking the tea and coffee cherries. We learned a lot on the tour before heading back to the shop where we tasted each tea and coffee they had brewed. My son loved the Lani and Mamaki teas, I enjoyed the black tea and chai. My wife enjoyed the coffee as well. I am excited to see how this farm continues to grow.
