One of these worst experiences i had. She told my roommate who is black that she doesn’t know how to communicate. At first we didn’t pay it any mind but when she said it’s always them as in black people it made me feel uneasy due to her laughing with her customer. Very racist and unprofessional wouldn’t recommend send your pet here or any service
