Lovely morning spent walking the lavender fields. We were there in February so not everything was in bloom but there was plenty to see (and smell). It was a peaceful spot to stop at on our way up Haleakala. I highly recommend the lavender scone and lavender lemonade!!

After the brunch tour at O’o coffee farm we decide to continue to the lavender farm .3 miles further up the mountain. Smart choice!!

The lavender was beautiful but we were even more surprised at the beauty of all the other flowers and shrubs. The scenery and paths were stunning!!

Add this place to your Maui visit. Totally worth the drive.

If you're in the area, Ali'i Kula Lavender is a delightful little stop that’s well worth a visit! We made the 50-minute drive from Ka'anapali, and while it was a bit out of the way, I found it to be a charming addition to our day.

Parking is reasonably priced at $5 per visitor, with a discount for Kaimiana and military personnel at $2. Once you arrive, be prepared for a steep but manageable walk through the small botanical setup. Just a heads up—if you or someone in your group has mobility challenges, the terrain can be tricky in spots. They also provide porta potties for visitor convenience.

The lavender-themed products they offer are delightful. From beautifully scented lotions and oils to tasty lavender jelly and scones, there’s something for everyone. I highly recommend trying the lavender tea while you’re there—it's a soothing treat!

The entire experience only takes about 15-20 minutes to walk through, making it an ideal stop-off rather than a main event. So, if you’re planning a day full of activities, consider squeezing this in for a quick, refreshing break. Just remember to pack a light jacket during the rainy months, as the weather can be unpredictable.

Overall, I definitely recommend Ali'i Kula Lavender for a lovely stroll and some unique lavender-inspired goodies. Enjoy the view and take a moment to relax—it’s a sweet little gem!

Beautiful farm and cute gift shop. The farm is off a very narrow, steep road and parking is on a slope so please be careful. It cost $3 per person for admission. $1 off for Kama’aina and military residents. The views from the slope are amazing! We took lots of pics.

Pretty little lavender farm on the side of the mountain! The grounds are basically a small botanical garden, the flowers are beautiful. If you walk up the hill there is also a fantastic view. I bought some tea and a scone, which were delicious. Also bought a few Christmas gifts from here to bring home with me as well.

Ali’i Lavender is a must stop while visiting Maui. Wander the grounds which are visually divine- listen to a myriad of bird songs. Ending up at the gift shop for lavender scones, topped with lavender honey and a spot of lavender tea. The views are stunning. An absolutely perfect way to spend a day.

Nice trails with varied plants and trees. Would have been better if they were labeled. Beautiful views of the mountains and the Maui coast. Also has a nice small store. Plenty of parking and very reasonable fee

Ali'i Kula Lavender Farm in Maui offers a serene and picturesque escape with its lush gardens and panoramic views of the island. The farm is well-maintained, and the lavender fields, interspersed with other tropical plants, create a beautiful, fragrant setting that is perfect for a leisurely stroll.

However, despite its beauty, I found the experience a bit underwhelming. The entrance fee seemed a bit high for what was essentially a short visit. While the guided tours provide interesting information about the various types of lavender and the farm's history, the overall experience felt somewhat limited. For those expecting a more extensive or interactive experience, it might fall short.

The gift shop offers a variety of lavender-themed products, from soaps to culinary items, which are delightful but can also be found in many other places on the island. The on-site cafƩ serves up some tasty lavender-infused treats, but again, these were nice rather than exceptional.

In conclusion, Ali'i Kula Lavender Farm is undeniably pretty and offers a peaceful atmosphere, but in my opinion, it might not be worth the trip unless you are a huge fan of lavender or already in the area. It's a pleasant visit, but there are other attractions on Maui that offer more value for the time and money.
