Best gobo fishcake tempura. Only thing, I haven’t seen it in our Oahu Waipio Costco for months now. I miss it. 😢
Cut up some spam, brown it and pour cup shoyu/water mix with 2 Hawaiian chili peppers and add sliced Amano fishcake. Bring to boil and simmer.
Ono with rice or in ramen.
