Completely shocked. Kauai ebt office is extremely superior to Big island as I’ve been trying for two months to get something figured out. Big island pushes you aside like you don’t matter and Kauai brought me in to talk to a worker immediately and my benefits were back on the next day. Literally saved this mama of 3 as it’s been a struggle. Hoping I can always come to this office and never have to deal with big island again.

I don't like the office being closed due to the Coronavirus but I love my Food Stamps and E.B.T. card during this pandemic because we get soo much more food stamps every month. Mahalo and Aloha.
