True talent. The food was incredible accompanied by wonderful sake pairing.

I enjoyed the deep knowledge and history of sake production both on the Island as well as Japan. The pairings were mind blowing.

The talent exhibited in the meal transcended what could be trained. The flavors were incredibly balanced and combinations that were unique and inspiring.

I have dined at the 5 top rated restaurants this week- and the was my #1 by far.

5 course dinner. Delicious and fresh. Nice viee of the golf course. The sake was also good. Bring a jacket or sweater because it gets windy after sunset.

I used to have a Japanese girlfriend, and I have been to Japan numerous times. Obviously, I know a thing or two about Japanese food. This restaurant is absolutely awesome! Real Japanese food, not the kind of American-Japanese food that most restaurants serve. As an added bonus, we learned a lot about sake making, and had a chance to sample most of the sake they have on their menu. None of them are industrial sakes, so I highly recommend the order their sake sampler. We certainly will be back!

What a unique and wonderful experience! This place defies definition but is well worth a visit if you enjoy Sake and Japanese food. The meal moves slowly and be sure to order more sake if you want it, but a huge step above the resort restaurants in the area.
