SO good!! I am so glad we stopped here on a whim for dinner one day. My husband & I both got the Ultimate Cheeseburger with cheddar, & we added bacon & grilled pineapple. Pineapple on a burger? Game changer. Best burger I have had in my life. & their fresh cut french fries were so good too!!
Highly recommend this place while in Kona!

Small little burger place with made to order burgers. They had the WSL playing from Portugal on the TV’s! Friendly staff. They made the burgers and fries quickly and brought them right out to our table. Plenty of seating at the time of our visit. Good music playing in the background. Burgers had good flavor and the fries tasted like they were homemade.

Fresh, organic ingredients. Great flavors. Delicious combinations. Ordered ultimate cheeseburger and Ali’i mushroom on lettuce wrap. Fries are amazing. Super crowded but tables opened regularly.

Today I took my family of 6 out to lunch. My kids love this place always good food and service. It's a little pricey, but everywhere is. I rated this experience a 2.5 / 3 because they added auto gratuity (15%) My husband who used to be a server understands the industry and always tips. But to add auto gratuity at a restaurant where you order over the counter, then have to get your food when they call your number and also bus your own table for the next guests is crazy, especially 15%.

This was probably the best burger of my life! The flavor is out of this world. We also ordered the “catch of the day” fish sandwich which was ono. It was done to perfection! The chili cheese fries are a must-have, as well….the chili is fantastic….the aioli is to die for and was perfect for dipping my ono sandwich into. Will return again and again!

This place is becoming our lunch stop before heading for the airport. It’s a small place in the Kona Commons Shopping Center off Makala Blvd serving grass fed beef burgers. I ordered an Ultimate Cheeseburger with pepperjack cheese, without pickles or sauce, cooked medium ($10.99) with an order of Ultimate Fries ($4.75) and a large fountain drink ($3.09).

The burger was cooked perfectly, and IMO is one of the best cheeseburgers available at a fast-food location anywhere in Hawaii. It doesn’t need any sauce … You can taste the beef. I can’t say the same for the fries; they’re not crispy enough for me.

I’m going to give UB 3.5 stars because $23.27 is a bit pricy for a burger, (soggy) fries and drink. Had the fries been crispy, I would have rated UB 4.

I've ordered from here multiple times. The fries are yummy, and the aioli sause is absolutely delicious. The burgers are okay. I have had issues with ordering well-done burgers. There should be no pink, but half the time, my burgers are still very pink. The burgers are expensive, and I normally don't have the time to have the mistake fixed. This evening, I was watching a show on my phone while I ate. I took two bites and thought it tasted off. The third bite I spit out because I couldn't stomach to swallow. I looked down and saw that most of the burger was still pink. Those three bites were about a third of the burger. I asked a worker to fix it for me , he looked at the burger and said most of it was gone and there was nothing he was willing to do. Upset I threw away the burger and was about to leave. When another worker came over. I was nearly full , and all i wanted was a small slider. He was super sweet and immediately agreed to a slider to replace the incorrect burger. Normally, I don't post negative reviews. But my food not being cooked to request when it's an option is a frustrating issue. And as you can see in the picture it says I ordered Well Done

We always seek out the best burger in every town/country, this is one of the best anywhere! The attention to detail is outstanding! Flipping amazing meat quality; a proper bun, perfect toppings; great fries (clearly hand cut); a sweet and intuitive young lady at the counter and my brah’s in the kitchen executed PERFECTLY!

Let’s be honest; Hawaii isn’t cheap, but these bruddahs and sistas outdo the high end joints and do it with panache! We’ll be taking all out guests here.

Note, this is not fast food; each order is prepared individually by real people, not precooked by automated equipment. If you’re in a big hurry, go across the street to McDonald’s.
