I just had my first check up and I had a great experience! They were all very nice and charming. Since I got to the office they were so nice. The medical assistant take care of me and the doctor was very nice and caring. It just took me Less than an hour to come in and out and gave me my new appointment very quickly. It was a great experience for me. Thank you for caring for patients.

It’s so hard to get in touch with anyone in this doctors office. If you call to make an appointment it goes straight to voicemail. Then in the voicemail they asked you to email them, but there’s no email provided. Every person I talk to has a hard time understanding what I’m saying because there’s a language barrier as well. This doctor office doesn’t seem to care much about patience concerns. It’s like they’re trying to meet a quota.

I absolutely LOVE thisoffice . as soon as I walk in. I sign my papers sit down and then I’m back within 5 to 10 minutes. I never have to wait long. The staff is. ALWAYS soKIND and courteous. They are the sweetest staff ever! Dr Ho is such a unique ,incredibly Professional Wonderful human being. Her personality alone proceeds her. She’s got a great sense of humor and always helps me to feel better when I don’t feel good. she’s very understanding and very thorough. Stellar at her job. I will not choose another office for my healthcare. I love this place. You always feel welcome when entering and leaving. Dr. Angel Ho has been my doctor since my move to central Florida a few years ago, and no, she is not my Mother. Over the years here in Orlando, multiple visits to the ER have taken place - from my kidney situation, migraines, annual checkups, and so on, which require regular doctor visits. She has been extremely patient with me and my wreck-less soul.

Let's talk about my most recent visit. Needed to see a doctor ASAP, so called the office on a weekday morning at 8AM and was able to get an appointment within the next hour. Dr. Ho referred me to a third party to get a brain scan, as that would do me best at the time. She was very understanding with my work situation and wrote me a doctor's note and prescribed me with antibiotics with no problem.

She is kind. She is smart. She is important. She did not charge me an arm and leg.

And shout to her amazing assistants who feed me snacks and keep me hydrated so my blood pressure will be normal on the given day.

Like everyone says- she is great first time but they don’t have any bedside manners and do not own up to their mistakes. They accidentally did not give me the referral I needed so I had to come in a second time and pay just for that mistake, then they wrote it incorrectly so I need a different one and they said I have to pay for a full appointment in order to have a corrected referral. I could have lymphoma and can’t get a biopsy because these people are terrible to communicate with unless you pay up several times for the same request

Dr.Ho is one of the best doctors I have had ever had or seen. She truly spends the time and cares about her patients individually and is a very kind and caring doctor. She has always addressed my health concerns and helped me in whatever way she could. You can tell she genuinely does her job because she cares about people. She has been my doctor for years now and I trust her and feel comfortable and safe. The staff has always been patient and friendly with me. I have never found such a caring and compassionate doctor, doctors office and staff out of the many docs and places I have gone to in my life. She is truly amazing and great at what she does and is a trustworthy and caring doctor!
