Food was ok. We ordered two combos with Cajun and garlic butter. Honestly they tasted the same. It was cooked well but flavors were overpowered a bit by the butter. The garlic fries were amazing however.
The service was so so. Our server did not check on us after dropping the food off. We asked for a substitution and we didn’t get it. Though to their credit they took it back and corrected it. We waited way too long for the food to arrive. I think it took 30 min when there was only two other tables being served
The worst part was the atmosphere. The justice was too loud. We had this obnoxious neon sign right in our faces and one table was literally screaming they were so loud.

Nice chill place to get your Crab on! Staff was friendly and accommodating with our large party. Seafood was fresh not dried out. Flavors tantalizing to the flavor buds. It is pricey but that's Hawaii!

I was really looking forward to trying Da Crawfish and Crab Shack, but unfortunately, the food was a huge letdown.
I would give them 0 stars if I could!
I ordered snow crab clusters and shrimp in garlic butter (spicy). The spice level was good, but there was no real flavor—just heat. It desperately needed proper seasoning. I asked for Old Bay, and they brought me some sweet brown seasoning that was definitely not Old Bay. Turns out, they make their own seasoning, and honestly, it’s not good.

Then came the biggest disappointment: they don’t have real butter—only margarine. I asked for butter to dip my crab legs, and they brought a bowl of margarine… and charged me $4.50 for it. I also ordered lemon and got half a lemon for $1.50. The corn and potatoes were clearly just boiled in plain water and then splashed with raw garlic and margarine. Everything was bland and unappetizing.

On top of that, it was extremely hot inside—not a single window, door, AC, or fan to provide relief. It made the whole experience even worse.

The only positives were that the crab legs were cooked properly, the interior was nice, and the staff was friendly and quick. But good service doesn’t make up for bad food, bad seasoning, and an uncomfortable dining environment.

If they switched to real butter and actual crab seasoning, this place could be great. Until then, I wouldn’t come back. Not worth the price.

The flavor was great, but they are skimpy on the sauce. FROZEN crawfish market price was $20. Their combos were decent in pricing though. Today was our first time and the servers were disappointing. The restaurant isn’t huge and they were struggling. When my family and I came in there were only two other tables. There were two servers and they just glanced over and didn’t greet or acknowledged us. A third server came from the bathroom and sat us down. He had great recommendations and started strong, but once he had two more tables we were forgotten. We didn’t get charged gratuity, but be aware it’s 18% for 6 or more, so it’s possible you can receive bad service and still have to pay the 18%. The dining area was nice and prepared for customers, but the bathroom could use some work. This is my rating for now, but I will try time a second time and update accordingly.

ā€œDelicious seafood, friendly service, and a great atmosphere! Highly recommend. The dishes below are Combo #1 which is clam, crawfish, shrimp, and snow crab legs. Combo #2 is the same but with lobster instead of snow crab legs. Also we don’t eat crawfish so we replaced with extra shrimp in one dish and clams in the other. Seasoning was Cajun and spice level spicy.

Having broiling crawfish back home doesn't really do well for biasing our opinion for this venue. I will say, we love the local feel and awesome island service/hospitality.

Super convenient to Ko Olina where we're staying for the week - def more of a local spot than touristy.

Combo 1 "market price" was $50 and the serving size/variety of crab legs was enough for 3 people, really - even if only designed for 2 people. The flavors were not 5 star mind blowing, but again, were spoiled being from the South.

Overall - totally worth the 10 min, 3 exit down drive from Ko Olina. PS - bar fully open today previously closed from Covid. Aloha!

We stopped here in July 2023 at 2pm on a Wednesday. The restaurant was not busy but it was not a normal time for lunch. The waitstaff was friendly and efficient and answered our questions without hesitation. The special’s board listed a Lobster Roll that was not on the menu so we decided to split one (2 people). The roll was grilled and buttered then filled with chopped lobster meat (2 tails!). This was not lobster salad, there was no filler - just lobster meat. The sauce was served on the side which my wife was very happy about because she could control the amount on her sandwich. We got the Cajun fries with the sandwich and I really liked them. This was a great lunch!
