The Haleiwa Fruit Shack is an absolute gem for fresh, tropical delights. We ordered the Hawaiian Mix fruit bowl, which was a vibrant medley of exotic fruits including dragonfruit, starfruit, jackfruit, pineapple, rambutan, papaya, longanberries, pomelo, banana, mango, and sugarcane.

Each bite was a burst of flavor and freshness. The jackfruit, which we had never tried before, completely stole the show – its unique taste and texture made us instant fans!

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, happily explaining the different fruits and ensuring everything was fresh.

Haleiwa Fruit Shack is the go-to place in Hawaii if you want to get out of the touristy Waikiki-Honolulu area and experience tasting tropical fruits in a shack under the trees in a town surrounded by farms. We ordered the Hawaiian mix which is a combo of tropical fruits freshly cut when ordered and served in a box. It contained star fruit, rambutan, papaya, mango, Hawaiian longan, sapote, sugarcane, guava, coconut slices, dragon fruit and pineapple. If you are allergic to any fruit, you can tell them when ordering. Don't forget to get their fresh ice cold coconut water which we felt was delicious. Their menu had other drinks like cane juice and lemonade. They accepted cash, card, Apple Pay and Google Wallet. The place is in a food truck area and tables are available to sit and enjoy the fruits. Parking is available for two dollars, however, it is very limited and crowded. So, like us, you can park in the Haleiwa park and ride public lot which is just 300 feet from this shack and walk to here. The service was welcoming and courteous.

Great fruit shack on the way to Shark’s cove. The sugarcane juice with lemon and the fruit mix platter was so so good. The mango is SUPER TASTY!!! The girl who served us friendly and sweet. We came back a second time in the same day. 🍍🥥🥭

Amazing fresh Hawaiian fruit bowls are made here. They also have fresh coconut milk to drink and they also open the coconut after the milk is gone to expose the coconut meat.

Stand with fresh fruit platters ($25) and sugar can juice ($9), optionally with additional fruit flavor. The passionfruit sugar cane juice is very tasty and there is a sufficient amount.

I've had great fresh fruit all over Oahu, and this is hands down the best box of fruit I've eaten. I've been back three times, and the service is always wonderful and the Hawaiian plate is always fresh, in season, and absolutely overflowing. I think this might be the best food and I'm going to be dreaming about it back on the Mainland!

So incredibly happy to have found this place. They have caimito or star apple guys! This fruit is near impossible to find where I live so was glad to have eaten them again at the time of my visit. Coconut and caimito we ordered were just absolutely delicious. Coconut juice was amazing and afterwards they crack the coconut open so you can enjoy the meat inside. A good surprise to find was that Giovanni’s shrimp was here too, so if that was on your list then you get to have both, no extra commute necessary- so come hungry! Oh and there’s parking on the premises.

Loved this fruit stand! The large fruit bowl was beautiful and full of delicious in season items. It was an awesome way to try a bunch of unique fruit. Great variety, everything was super fresh and so refreshing after a hot day! Not from Oahu so I will be dreaming of this bowl. 🤤
