Such a great atmosphere with delicious food. The shop was fun to browse while we waited and our server Nicky was so sweet and really mindful to make sure my banana mac-nut pancakes were gluten free and safe for me having celiac disease! In fact any of the sandwiches can also be made on gluten free bread so we will be back for lunch soon!

I was really looking forward to trying this place because they offer a tofu scramble burrito for vegetarians like myself (I don't eat eggs). However, I was quite disappointed with my experience. The burrito itself was quite bland, and if you're a vegetarian, you might need to be specific about requesting tofu but keeping the cheese. Additionally, the portion size was much smaller than expected.

The service was also lacking. Despite being the first to arrive, I saw two couples who came in after me get their orders taken first. I waited 15 minutes before my order was taken, and I still hadn't received water by then. I had to ask twice for water. I'm not sure if it was because I was dining alone, but overall, I wasn't impressed.

The only positive aspect was the outdoor seating and the pleasant weather. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the food and service.

We were staying at a big resort in Wailea and wanted to venture out to find a great local spot and we hit the jackpot here. The service was amazing and the food was fresh and delicious. The highlights included the loco moco dish, Acai bowl and the juice of the day. Will definitely be coming back!

This unique old train station was a great stop for breakfast. Open air seating was lovely. The service was excellent. The food was absolutely fantastic. Had to try the loco moco, a traditional Hawaiian breakfast. It was excellent! The menu is amazing with so many healthy choices. Loved the local fresh fruit options. Plenty of free parking too. Definitely try this place out, you will not be disappointed!

We visited Island Fresh Cafe today for breakfast and loved everything! We had the avocado toast, health plate, coffee, and tea: everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. It’s the perfect stop on the way to or from the Road to Hana and a fantastic spot in Paia. Wishing you all the best, and we’ll definitely be back for another healthy and tasty breakfast! Mahalo!

Amazing! The food is incredible, delicious fresh ingredients. Atmosphere is like a beautiful garden so chill and covered with porches and foliage and nice Hawaiian music. Comfortable tables. Will definitely come back!

Beautiful Cafe that our Hana tour bus stopped at for breakfast sandwiches. I'm sure the food would taste fresher if you ate at the restaurant. Beautiful patio setting to eat. Highly recommend stopping here if in the area.
Why back at lunch and the food was excellent and very fresh. Enjoyed the mahi fish sandwich and a Hawaiian burger.
