Update: My previous review was great, but things have changed.

The waiting room becomes to cramp disregarding social distance. The wait time use to be 20 minutes tops, now its about an hour. The doctor himself seems to be standoffish during the visits. Just the way you are being attended is not pleasant. I'm just glad I switched my health care provider.

Went for anxiety and doctor refused to refer me to an external neurologist because his internal neurologist did not take my insurance. Instead, he wanted me to take pills and come back. I don't trust him and did not bother myself to pick up the pills he prescribed me. I went to a different PCP and since first visit I was referred to a psychiatrist.

This office is so great !! I think if people say they have a bad experience they weren’t being good patients themselves usually, it takes great patience to work in the medical field. There is staff there that have been there for years and are indeed very knowledgeable and have been able to help patients with many issues. High volume office but they do their best for patients to have a good experience while being cared for.

If I can give 0 stars I would. I have never met a doctors office where the receptionists are so rude and unorganized. Also, I have never had to come to the doctors so much before. After switching to this practice I am constantly sick and being mis- informed. I will be switching my doctor asap. Even when you call to speak to your doctor due to private matter they give you an attitude and inappropriate behavior. I haven't gotten a call back or even heard from my doctor.

I’ve been a patient for 7 years at Dr. Hans office in Brentwood. The ambient there is very welcomed and the service is good. My experience there has been always positive and I like the fact they are very communicative and detailed when seen by my physician.

BEWARE!! The staff are so unprofessional! I called the office and spoke to the nurse manager who couldn't understand me/she wasn't able to speak English well. She kept cutting me off and repeating her questions numerous times, preventing me from answering. She eventually got frustrated and put me on hold for over 15 MINUTES only to pass me over to the office secretary, who also wasn't very helpful or knowledgeable. Do yourself a favor and find another practice.
