We had phenomenal service from Hi-HoEnergy Services yesterday. Dan, the technician, was exceptional. He was courteous, personable and very knowledgeable. He was extremely meticulous in diagnosing and addressing the problem with our central AC condenser. The problem we experienced was fixed. We’ve been customers of Hi-Ho for almost 40 years and will continue to be customers. BTW….they have great customer service as well. Just call the office once and all requests will be carried through.

We are long time customers of Hi Ho Energy Services, using the Company for our heating, fuel oil and air conditioning at our home. Each year we purchase service contracts for our furnace and air conditioning, intending to stay ahead of problems through annual servicing of our equipment or available emergency service if something breaks.

Yesterday ( on Sunday) we had an electrical part on our A/C unit wear out, likely from its high usage in this year’s summer heat. I called the emergency number on Sunday and asked if someone could come out during the week, but as soon as possible. We were fortunate with scheduling and Hi-Ho had a technician out to repair our system by Monday afternoon. Throughout, HI Ho employees were professional, knowledgeable and forthright in their communication. The quality of technical service was excellent. The problem was quickly diagnosed and corrected with parts on the truck.

Some things can’t be said enough, thank you Hi Ho for all you do to operate your business in a manner where you provide your customers with top quality service. Bravo Zulu.
