Tim Ho and his team were great to work with in selling my parents’ house in Whitestone. He met with my three siblings and I over zoom, explained the current housing market, came up with a game plan and had a great and reasonable contractor do a few minor cosmetic things that transformed the house. It went on the market, had the open house and within a week had multiple offers over asking. Tim went over all the offers with us and we decided on the one that made the most sense. Being that we all live more than 3 hours from NYC, Tim and his team were so helpful to oversee the contractor and even checked on the house during a historical torrential rain storm. He was more than accommodating of our busy schedules and had zoom meetings on the weekend/evenings. Would highly recommend Tim Ho!
