They had my parts for 7 weeks, after 2 weeks I called and was not happy when I was asked if I wanted them to order the bearing. I then called weekly and was told that it had not come in yet. Weeks later, when I was told it had come in, the convoluted story involved welding. The story didn’t get any better. I finally just went and picked up my parts and paid $122 for the bearing and shipping.
I had some questions about the bearing and found a seller on the mainland. Not only did they have the exact same bearing in stock, it was $23!!
I called and was told to bring my expensive bearing back in for a full refund.
When I did, I was charged for the shipping.
That would not have been unreasonable if they would have gotten a good delivery. Then I was told that they could have charged me labor for having removed the original bearing race. Again, not unreasonable if they had taken better care of getting the job done right.

Yes. They could have charged me labor, and made an unhappy customer even more unhappy. If I had gotten an apology instead of an expression of their “generosity”, this negative review would not have been written.
